Peggy is survived by her husband of 44 years, Walter Booth; children, Joe Booth and special friend Pennie Whitacre, Denise Booth and special friend Ernie Hause and Leslie Merrill and husband Tony; one grandchild, MawMaws Special Boy Austin Merrill; sister, Patsy Beechie; brother, John Raley, Jr. and wife Barbara; sisters-in-law, Diana Booth, Betty Lou Perdue and husband Donald and Dianne Bennett; and numerous nieces, nephews, special cousins and friends. Born November 21, 1931, she was the second of four daughters of Montgomery County District Court Judge John Fendall and Virginia Gott Coughlan of Silver Spring, Maryland.
